information for host churches And organizations

Information we would like to know
- Where will we be performing? Sanctuary? Fellowship Hall? Outdoors?
- Will we need to bring sound equipment, or may we use yours? We travel with portable equipment, and a sound and lighting tech crew, who are trained on a variety of sound, light and video equipment.
- Will there be video projection available as we perform? We generally prepare visuals to be projected onto screens with our worship concert.
- Is there a project we could help your church with while we are with you? This is especially our desire if we are with you for more than a single day.
- May we include youth from your congregation as part of our worship concert? We LOVE getting host church youth involved as we tour.
- Do you have a specific goal for our visit?
If you are housing us
We truly appreciate the opportunity to stay with host families when we tour. Our experience shows that friendships are made that last a lifetime. We have young adults who still correspond with families they visited as members of the choir more than ten years ago!
When doing home-stays, we require that our youth stay in groups of two or more. They are not allowed to ride in an automobile with anyone under the age of 21 for any reason, and adults MUST be with them while they are staying in your home.
Our behavior expectations for our youth are very high. If they do not do as expected, a simple phone call will send them back to the adults, and they will be sent home immediately. You will have the phone numbers of our lead chaperones, who will be available if needed.
